The location was perfect. Short walk from the train station, city centre and uni buildings I had to attend for my course. It is in an area of the city that felt safe to walk around in even when dark. The room was large and spacious and wifi was pretty good. I only had breakfast one day which was very nice but a bit steep at £14. I stayed 3 nights and didn't expect to be given fresh towels and my bed to be made each day! Nice touch.

The pool and steam room have an amazing relaxing energy. Spent whole days in there! Room warm cosy and very clean. Brilliant location. Beautifully decorated hotel, the bar area was so pretty chairs comfy cozy lighting. Didn’t eat at the hotel but looked very good.

The location was perfect. Enter from the back of the Hotel a 5 min walk with luggage from the train station. Leave through the front of the hotel 1 min walk to shops and amenities. Most of the sights of Sheffield . The Cathedral, the peace Garden etc were within a 10 min walk of the hotel. The staff could not be more helpful from reception to room services cleaning etc. I could not fault anyone. It was spotless and very comfortable.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this property with its location to the city centre and pedestrian access. The Winter Garden is literally just outside the entrance! On-site parking is limited but I recommend using the Q-Park next to it. Staff were very hospitable and super helpful especially the front office staff during our stay. Room is decent and comfortable enough with sufficient amenities for a good night's rest. Will definitely stay here again if we're ever back in town.

The hotel was lovely, polite staff although 1 lady moniker? On reception didn’t seem to bother. Another girl I believe called Courtney was amazing, probably the best person I have ever met when staying in hotels. The hotel is situated in a location difficult to get to (if you don’t know the area). Courtney answered the phone and guided/ directed me the whole way to the hotel from my location outside Sheffield. Absolutely fantastic feature of the team she is.

Of course! Here's an updated review for Novotel Hotel: --- We had a lovely stay at the Novotel Hotel. The pool and gym facilities were fantastic, providing a great way to relax and stay active during our visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant experience. However, despite booking an executive suite, the room felt quite small, and the layout with the shower and toilet being separate was a bit uncomfortable. Despite this, our stay was very enjoyable, and we would highly recommend the Novotel Hotel for its excellent amenities and welcoming staff.

The hotel had a very convenient location. It is close to the Winter Garden, a very nice place to relax and enjoy the time. The availability of cafes, restaurants, shops, pharmacies was excellent. Bus stops are nearby and the railway is 5 minutes away. The room itself was comfortable and clean. We liked that there was a fridge and a safe. This is a huge plus. Access to the pool and sports was also a nice bonus. Everything was for free. In general, I can note that this is a budget hotel and the room we took. However, it feels like the hotel is trying to take care of everything, especially for your stay.

The location was great, near the train station and the Winter Gardens and Christmas markets. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. Lovely hotel, nice furnishings with a good bar and comfy seats.
